Sample Submission
When submitting your sample to us, be sure to fill out and include the Sample Submission Form. That form will provide us with your contact information, and it lets us know what you need to be analyzed.
You can deliver your sample directly to the lab, or ship your sample through the mail. If you must ship your sample, it is best to ship it overnight and on ice. This is because the chemical composition of the water may change as it sits at room temperature. Try to get your sample to the lab within 36 hours of collecting it.
We are open and can accept water samples in the lab Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays before noon. Bacteria samples are only accepted Monday through Thursday.

Keep in mind that we will need to receive your water sample before noon Friday and bacteria samples by Thursday, so it might be best to ship earlier in the week. To ensure bacteria samples arrive within 24 hours of collection, we recommend sending these samples through FedEx or UPS overnight.
